Avantages
I joined this company as a junior developer and worked here for more than 7 years. Good involvment and technical exposure working closely with US and UK clients Worked on latest technologies and in Enterprise level application development. A matured company with good ethics and values. Felt more like a family, professionally managed and process oriented. Values employees and gives individual attention.
Inconvénients
Company has grown in size and good clients but not the infrastructure. Though infrastructure is good not that modern like those seen in IT parks. However, this is not a deterrant for persons looking to build a sound career and international exposure. Saw this positvely as the the focus was being customer-centric, employee career development and active client engagement.
