Avantages
Koder is made up of a lot of industry veterans so they move quickly and can sniff out the BS-ers right away which is awesome from a team and project quality standpoint. Also refreshing to be around a productive start-up with a vision, not just one burning through a VCs cash with no real pan for ROI. Lots of "team building", fun work environment, flexiblity with schedules and remote work -- many employees and freelancers work remote or have flexible schedules where they rotate between home, client, or Koder offices. "Bounties" and side projects/opportunities, room for advancement, hard work is noted by management/team and rewarded. Can nominate colleagues for awards and bonuses.
Inconvénients
Sugar-Free RedBull... Lots of interns, however most if not all are extremely bright and talented individuals. Just green. Some have previously pointed out that management is not very engaging, but squeaky wheel gets the grease so if you speak up about your concerns they will be addressed and you can always be proactive and schedule meetings when needed.
