      Avantages

      The team in NYC are great - motivated, energetic and support each other which makes it a really special place to be. There’s some wonderful people in Clearwater- they know the organization well, are hungry to learn and make you feel very welcome. Vista have also done a really good job with the Exec leadership hires in Enterprise, GTM and the new CEO seems great (high standards and driving change). Massive market opportunity with KB4 having 70k customers and offering a platform in a fast growing space.

      Inconvénients

      Onboarding needs to evolve. Competitive marketplace. Competitors spend more in marketing.

      Avantages

      not many pros left with the current leadership and direction, but it's still a good place to work to learn about the industry and gain skills

      Inconvénients

      executive leadership and the equity ownership have taken this company to the gutter sadly, there isn't any culture left and the product keeps getting worse with only more hype about how they're on top of the AI revolution. Almost all the leaders and thinkers who made KnowBe4 great have left or were pushed out, which is normal with a CEO change but the folks taking on "change management" are clueless about the business and about the teams they're in charge of. The product needs to regain it's quality and customer friendly design, right now it's losing out to smaller vendors and issues are continually overlooked.
