      Avantages

      Fast moving high speed bread manufacturing. Go with the flow and make a few ripples get rewarded. 5 locations and they don't take the best running location and put it off on all the other locations without first considering age, location, and people into account. Very smart of management.

      Inconvénients

      long hours sometimes. Depending on location, old equipment. A lot of the employees have been there for 20+ years so quite stubborn sometimes. Union environment

      Avantages

      Great place to work. Every place has its ups and downs and once you realize that, you’ll understand this place has its best intentions. People are great and friendly to work with and management is awesome.

      Inconvénients

      It’s gets really hot in the summer

      Coworkers are pretty darn cool.

      Inconvénients

      Extremely toxic upper management team. Pay is okay, barely livable, not thriving. Benefits are mediocre at best.
