- The Owner is much more involved - The New Vice President is one of the most determined and hard working individual I've ever met - The New GM is handling everything near perfectly, he is also very easy to work with. - Upper Management has been completely replaced. (This is literally the best decision the owner has ever made) - We have hired a range of different people who are all wonderful to work with and talk to. - Our whole team, although new, is very knowledgeable and can support each other very well - chanages are being made to streamline workflow processes.

- Still a little rough around the edges but getting there - Some communication issues between teams still - not enough resources for new hires but that is being fixed currently

This is a family owned business who truly cares about their team as well as their customers. They have kept many employees for more than 15 years. They are always conscious of keeping their employees families supported.They strive to maintain a great dignity with their client base as well, always being honest and taking the high road. They continually remind employees how much they are appreciated verbally as well as monetarily. That being said, they have been in business for almost 25 years (currant owners took it over in 1998) and they have plenty of experience to keep the business growing strong. I have peace in knowing that the company I work for will continue to grow stronger each year and can survive a devastating market crash resulting in an economic depression. They are very smart about growth and expanding their abilities slowly and carefully, they have achieved a higher skillset in doing so. I could not ask for a kinder, more honest and thoughtful family to work with. I honestly feel like a part of their family.

As with any remodeling business... While very exciting and rewarding, it can be stressful. The work life balance below is what you make of it. It's all about time management and some of us are not as good at that.
