management & leads do not actually care for employees. no respect and lack of professionalism. i,, thought other reviews were being dramatic, after working with them i see how correct they seem. lack of training when working at new sites, owner does not know what hes doing and doesn't like to be involved,. the company tries working with organisations that care about mental health wellness but they dont know a single thing about mental health.. if u are looking for a workplace that doesn't value u, do not listen to u, and fails to grow + self educate this is 4 u. my best advice is to work w other staffing agencies in the gta, u get better experience

Not trained and also put into places where u have not built rapport with clients witch causes tension
