The Paso Robles office is a toxic, passive aggressive place to work and do business with. It felt like walking into a war zone that has just been bombed every day I went to work.. There is always a crisis unorganized chaos. Staff purposely sabotage each other and other staff at other offices, trying to help. There are clicks of staff that constantly gossip and thrive in the toxicity purposefully, encouraging each other to become hostile and violent by gossiping and stirring up trouble. A counselor and a staff Bestie seem to be the main issue of hostility in this office. The counselor purposefully stirs up the other staff Bestie to start trouble. This bestie staff is not only passive aggressive, but almost physically confrontational to the point where working at that office becomes a hostile work environment and almost fear for your safety daily. The unorganized chaos cause many files to be lost or misplaced, causing duplicate or even triple work. The phones ring constantly and are continuously ignored while staff using curse words recognizing the phone numbers of clients they don’t want to have interaction with. A particular counselor or as I would call her the gossip queen continuously violates HIPPA regulations/law by conducting counseling sessions with her door wide open with speakerphone on full volume where both staff and other clients sitting in the waiting area can overhear the whole of the conversations. The same counselor has also had clients on a video counseling session and completely forgot inviting other staff into her office while this client overheard her gossiping about other clients and staff only to realize she had forgotten about her client full face on the monitor watching and listening to everything.
