Kinetic means business when they say that "people are our purpose." Every day is a great experience with the best group of employees that I have ever been honored to work with! Not only does leadership foster trust and transparency, but they have created a space where employees feel extremely valued and heard. Work-life balance is highly promoted which ensures that we have flexibility and support to thrive both personally and professionally. Kinetic focuses on recognition and appreciation and celebrates these accomplishments frequently. I feel very empowered in my position which has led to a higher level of creativity and production. Kinetic invests in the employees and has the unique ability to make each and every employee feel valued. To sum it up, I feel like I won the employment lottery.

Kinetic is a new company, so there have been some growing pains with regard to space. Although we are mostly digital, things can get a little crowded with organization challenges. However, we have managed to find creative ways to mitigate these challenges such as incorporating portable partitions, using noise-canceling headphones and most importantly, building an entire new wing which should be ready by 2026.

I genuinely love working at Kinetic. The culture here is incredibly supportive and everyone truly cares about one another, and leadership consistently lives out the company’s core values, which makes it easy for everyone else to do the same. The flexibility allows for a healthy work-life balance, which means I can show up fully both at work and at home. It’s a place where you're encouraged to grow, your ideas matter, and you feel like you really belong. It’s more than just a job, it’s a community that brings out the best in you.

While I truly enjoy being part of Kinetic, there are a few aspects that take some adjusting. Being paid once a month can be a challenge when it comes to personal budgeting, and the pace of growth means we’re constantly evolving. Our roles tend to stretch and expand quickly, which can be demanding, but it also keeps things exciting and full of opportunity. It’s all part of being in a company that’s moving forward fast, and while it takes flexibility and resilience, it’s rewarding to grow alongside it.
