Avantages

The only advantage is K-day.

Inconvénients

Toxic work culture. Selfish leadership and middle management who have very narrow experience. Most have only worked in Kinaxis and want to keep working the same way they’ve done for years. They hire people from other big companies but don’t value their experience. Too many layoffs recently.
