      Hybrid working and central London location

      Where do I start!? 1: The project I was working on was a shambles due to lack of direction & unrealistic hard deadlines. 2: Communication was one way trafiic. Management would ignore the insights from experienced professionals/consultants. 3: Felt like there was a battle in middle management vying for control which did not help matters and did my best to stay out of it. Good riddance and I would strongly recommend people staying away from this utter joke of a so called company.

      Avantages

      Able to move up quickly as office is small and can speak to all teams and all SMT.

      Inconvénients

      Not great pay for junior roles.

      Avantages

      Most of the people (other than the owners) are good to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Business is a shambles. The two owners have no idea how to run a business. They change their minds hourly and for the last 18 months have been chasing fantasy of turning a fund services business into a fintech firm. Zero plan and zero direction. All they have achieved is spending a huge amount of money that has resulted in nothing other than meaning 5 members of the business has to be made redundant. The businesses survival is currently reliant on sourcing investment, which will be difficult to achieve. This is shocking given that the core fund services work is easily profitable. The owners constantly make promises around remuneration that are never honoured. No bonuses in the last 3 years, despite promises when joining that they are paid regularly, pay rises are completely random and there seems to be a strong element of favouritism when they were given.
