Avantages
Keywee is a great place for people who want not only to demonstrate their skills and strength but also to challenge themselves and to strive for doing better (yep, perfectionists). Also, every day is different than the other, which means that you encounter with a variety of new challenges related to your role that makes you become professional and more independent decision maker in your own field of responsibility. Keywee is a great fit for hard-workers, multitaskers, people who won’t compromise for half work and always look for ways to improve their performance, even if it means to stay until late hours. They believe in work hard - play hard, and the feeling of being able to do so many things in a short time empowers you. You feel like a super achiever! The company is always glad to promote from within the ones that proved themselves as great workers, partners and have a can-do attitude. Employees have a bunch of great opportunities to grow! So basically, you can move between teams,(i.e dev team to the data science team) and/or be promoted to a managerial position if you have the right skills for it. Keywee people are very friendly, kind and always happy to help you if you have a question or need any help. This is really not common and the feeling of working together as a team is very strong.
Inconvénients
Being a startup, means that sometimes there are busy periods, and there may be a feeling of tension. Not in an extreme way, but in a productive way where these are the times that everyone needs to be productive and dedicated to the company needs and focus.
