      - No LGBT+ organization but does have a Woman in Sales Engineering group so going in the right direction - If you are not a person who likes metrics/numbers then KEYENCE isn't a good fit for you

      Avantages

      Great training program, and good mix of roles. You wear a lot of hats at this job which prepares you well for your career. Business and technically focused, and a real product expert type of role.

      Inconvénients

      Its a tough job and a lot of work and long hours. You need to deal with customers constantly through a lot of virtual support.

      Hybrid schedule after 90 days, 40 hour work weeks.

      Inconvénients

      Extremely boring, extremely repetitive, low growth, low pay, no learning.
