Constantly changing. You sell double? You don't make double. You hit goal, but sell products not included on the strategy list? Your bonus is meager. Impersonal. Cold. Calculated. You are a number, and you work for a machine. There is no human element. They will exploit you till you have no soul, you get sick and fat and stressed, or you burn out and quit.
