      Avantages

      They allow overtime and pay is decent. Keep busy.

      Inconvénients

      its horrible. Management is hateful. Lots of drama. Lots of work place bullies. Supervisor of checking she is horrible. Assistance warehouse management is always angry. Picking supervisor gossip about other employees. ...its so stressful.

      Avantages

      Good coaching, they give you time to build your book of business.

      Inconvénients

      low base pay. You mainly see real money coming in when you hit all your metrics. The commision structure not that good.
