      Avantages

      Healthcare benefits are pretty good.

      Inconvénients

      The Napoleon dictatorship style of leadership has ran off key tenured members of the "team" in every department including heads of I.T. , sales , customer service and various others. Micromanagement, scare tactics and lack of integrity do not motivate people to follow or stay.

      Everything else at this company; current CEO and several managers couldn’t care less about their employees.
