Have to provide all hand tools, some pin kits, special tools, power tools, On call for two at a time every two weeks, not paid unless you take a call No raise for almost six years, had to do own review and was reviewed only twice Was guaranteed 40 hours a week when hired then after three years was told if there was no work I would not be paid and sent home. Controller person was very hard to get along with. Management does not realize the first rate service you are providing and eliminated the locksmith program. They were making tons of money now they subbed it out to there friend.

Decent pay with good benefits

The biggest negative to this company is really upper management, one person in particular. No respect for fellow coworkers, talks down and berates people in front of other workers along with unprofessional comments and remarks. Complete hostile work environment and is not healthy, the office has been a revolving door for employees for this reson. The powers to be of the company has acknowledged this, but unfortunately supports this behavior by allowing it to continue not holding this person accountable for their actions or behavior. If you care about how you are treated, want to be valued and part of a team environment this IS NOT THE PLACE TO WORK.
