      Smaller office setting, close to home, nice building, lounge area, great upper management

      Inconvénients

      -Senior rep not knowledgeable always needed to "double check" with Team Lead, Hired through a temp (they do have regular employees tho), not a lot of super close food areas for lunch

      Avantages

      Super flexible and understand "life happens". Give you plenty of opportunities to make up hours and overtime by coming in early, staying late, and regular saturday hours. Management is very good at training and adapting to the way different employees learn. Management always open and available for any questions/concerns you may have.

      Inconvénients

      The small office environment is not for everyone, if you would rather play games or shop online all day, this is not the place for you.
