      Key Medical Management offers a stable work environment and schedule, they have strong core values, beliefs and integrity, flexibility with work-life balance, management offers leadership and are known for their outstanding reputation with their clients.

      Inconvénients

      I wouldn't say this is a con, but for someone else you may not like that this is a smaller work environment. Me personally, I love it :-)

      Avantages

      Super flexible and understand "life happens". Give you plenty of opportunities to make up hours and overtime by coming in early, staying late, and regular saturday hours. Management is very good at training and adapting to the way different employees learn. Management always open and available for any questions/concerns you may have.

      Inconvénients

      The small office environment is not for everyone, if you would rather play games or shop online all day, this is not the place for you.
