      Avantages

      Pays on time, great for being as-is or complacent with your role. There are months or days when the workload is high, but most of the time, the workload is moderate. It really depends on the drastic changes that they want to bring.

      Inconvénients

      There are no incentives for being a top performer, just congratulatory messages. Just don't expect growth or raises for performing well, even as each year passes. Your annual increase is still subject to approval and is not automatic.

      Avantages

      I joined Key Media in June of 2021 and I've had an amazing working experience so far! As someone with a marketing background I was looking for more creative freedom, and that is exactly what I got! Management is very empowering and helps you reach your goals, but gives you the flexibility and creative freedom to work on projects without being micro-managed. Plenty of opportunities for growth within the company as well. HR was very helpful with on-boarding and connecting me with staff I would be working with on a regular basis. Overall I am extremely happy with Key Media and look forward to growing my career here!
