Avantages

I was an intern at Kevy this past summer. While I was there, I learned much more than I could have ever imagined. Almost all of this can be attributed to how passionate the leadership is. I was pushed to explore solutions myself, but at the same time, not completely left alone. If you ever have to opportunity to work with Kevy, I think you will have a great time.

Inconvénients

I didn't have any bad experiences.

Avantages

1. Leadership CEO has more than she needs in terms of intelligence and experience to get this company to where she wants it to be. 2. Communication Not only is this constantly encouraged but repeated daily with quick meetings called "sprints" which, consistently keep the team on the same page. More importantly, on the same mission. 3. Connection There is a warmth to this company that is not very common at many others i've worked for. If your going to work for Kevy, prepare to be a team player but also receive that from your coworkers every single day. 4. Grit This, in no sense of the idea, is a company that just gets by and continues on without improving. It improves each and every facet of its game due to the team's gritty efforts. Plus, the unruly work ethic of its management.

Inconvénients

I don't make up negatives when there are none.
