      Blue chip clients and larger budgets; travel

      Inconvénients

      Toxic environment, low morale, poor senior leadership resulting in client turnover and frequent ritualistic group layoffs paraded as firings. Coupled with entitled, apathetic and lazy junior staff who regularly call in sick and refuse to work more than 35 hours a week.

      Avantages

      Smart people, nice colleagues to learn and grow with. People are invested in each other despite contraints from the agency.

      Inconvénients

      -Benefits keep getting worse with every year (mergers, acquisitions, holding firm in a bad economy affect all this) -Not much of a defined company culture or competitive advantage here. I fail to see what makes this place better or more special than any other agency.
