      Avantages

      Virtuel, travail à domicile. Le salaire était excellent, les heures étaient excellentes, ils travaillent avec vous et sont très flexibles, peuvent toujours prendre des quarts de travail si vous avez moins de 40 heures (vous êtes programmé 40 heures mais si vous manquez un jour cette semaine), vous pouvez choisir jusqu'à un autre quart de travail du conseil d'administration

      Inconvénients

      Il n'y a aucun inconvénient auquel je puisse penser pour le moment.

      Avantages

      The opportunity to work for Kelly Services is very rewarding for me and towards my career goals! They offer maximum amount of support, feedback, free educational courses, and other opportunities to pick up extra assignments in the teaching off peak months. This is a very supportive educational agency that's very rewarding to one's career wellbeing; although, it appears teachers have a heavy workload and responsibility. Therefore, paras are now more vital to help keep the overall classroom on task. Overall Kelly is top tier in supporting the local school's with substitute teacher assistance! Thank you Guys for my awesome 1 year working with you. Hoping to be able to continue this journey.

      it appears teachers have a heavy workload and responsibility. Therefore, paras are now more vital to help keep the overall classroom on task. Therefore, I feel maybe since the additional support is needed to the school's permanent staff; i think the pay rate should be looked into so that there can be a pay per hour increase.
