      Avantages

      Flexible working, holiday purchase, great friendly colleagues, training

      Inconvénients

      High turn over in staff, directors do not care for there staff, weekend work and evening are regular to keep up with work loads dur to not having enough staff, departments are played off against each other, lots of finger pointing and blame, very toxic atmosphere, office is old tired and grubby.
