Avantages
We were treated like humans, given free coffee, given free access to the Internet, not under constant surveillance, not pressured to meet productivity goals (such goals rarely make sense anyhow), given comfortable office space, and allowed to set our own schedules.
Inconvénients
As a contract worker, we had no benefits or job security. Some team members were more productive than others, but the less productive ones never seemed to face consequences for it.
