For Salaried employees, its simply awesome. 2 to 1 contribution up to 5% on 401k. You put in 5% of Salary and company puts in 10% of Salary. That's 15% of total salary per year towards retirement for only putting 5%. Personal Time Off....PTO...You start out with 24 days/year + 3 personal holidays...27 days off a year to start? Unheard of except in Europe. Medical Benefits are are cheap approx $300 for BCBS PPO caddilac plan...many extra holidays off like good friday, July 5th etc. Low amount of politics, everyone is very friendly. Best employer I have ever had and I am 50 years old.
