Avantages
Its a pretty small shop. Every one seems to get along for the most part. They pay pretty good. Benefits are good. It's union. Working with flight safety parts means you have to be extremely detail oriented. But it's not a huge push push production facility, you can't be making precision products that go in helicopters. Most of the managers are great to work with. And all around it's been great being with the company
Inconvénients
Waiting a year to earn vacation. It's relatively lower pay for being involved with flight safety parts.
