Avantages
I've been working with Kaltech since 1 year. One thing i like about this company is a direct interaction with Management. They don't just employee you but work along with you as a supporting system, so you can work better. How many companies have CEOs who work with a vision to simplify even your daily hurdles. You will not only grow in your career but also as a person.
Inconvénients
Not all fingers of your hand are same. Similarly not everything a company practice is perfect. It all depends on the perception of the person who looks at and understand the other side of the coin . I honestly don't see much noticeable Cons. Work pressure or micro management are something which every company practice to make sure their employees are going in a right direction. So i don't think it is bad.
