      Avantages

      Casual dress attire. Free health insurance (so far). Monthly birthday cake.

      Inconvénients

      Because the company is so small there isn't anyone to delegate work to so you end up doing a lot of trivial tasks yourself. Bonus, what bonus? Beware of the gossip clique. Salary is below average. Not enough vacation time.
