      Avantages

      Good employer. chances to grow and educate yourself within the company. At this moment (07- 2013) career opportunities are limited due to the economic crises.

      Inconvénients

      Due to the fact that KLM is a huge company, making changes on the work floor usually take a lot of time. Communication could and should be better.
