      Avantages

      This is sales specific- I really can’t say many pros other than decent benefits

      Inconvénients

      -unfair treatment -favoritism -unprofessional -shady -managers are not always very nice, managers are unprofessional and do not train well at all, even when employees ask for more help or guidance - pay is not great for coordinators and assistants, sales reps are 100% commission based - back lack of diversity

      Avantages

      Most everyone who works is here is friendly and easy to get along with. No one will hesitate to help if you ask.

      Inconvénients

      You'll work longer hours during severe weather and winter, but that's expected at a news station.

      Avantages

      Most employees are welcoming and kind. Good on job training. Use of company car. Donuts on pay day.

      Inconvénients

      Terrible hours. Management often doesn't understand the needs of their employees. Some toxic employees in various departments.
