Avantages

Benefits package is the only plus.

Inconvénients

VP that is narrow minded and followed the President over so they can grow the company and sell it. The company is still Wennsoft and has lazy people that talk to customers on the phone only. Their support is terrible. The software platform they are going to is terrible and nothing like what they originally offered for building diagnostics. They look at sales only and never properly support their customers.

Really great leadership especially from current CEO Joe Alvarez. Great, smart, and friendly team. Very focused on client value.

Inconvénients

Startup product was difficult to get off the ground.

Avantages

New CEO has come in and made significant improvements. What used to be a top heavy organization is now one of the leanest workplaces I have ever experienced. Several layers of middle management are gone! In its place is a skilled and professional workforce. Non-management (and there are very few managers these days) employees are encouraged to make decisions on their own; we now have a voice in how the organization is run. Previous distractions and the cult of personality of certain individuals in the old organization have been done away with.

Inconvénients

Expense policies are outdated and need to be revised.
