My only one con is the huge amounts of workload that can get stressful. The turnaround time for projects are pretty quick, so good time management is a must. Sometimes extensions are given based on project scope.

Hardware was under specked 7 years ago, gross mismanagement, lack of proper resources for employees, under specked internet connection, Poor training, Wildly misplaced priorities. When I was there, there was very much a "The Beatings will continue until morale improves" and "Do more with less" attitude coming from management.
