Avantages
It is a family company and you can feel that in the company culture. Great team of people to work with especially in the tenant services department. The company does many little events & company trips to encourage a friendly & team culture dynamic. The office has a great kitchen & outdoor area which is especially great in the summer months. Oppurtunity for bonuses. Management is very caring & respect you as people not just an employee. Great work experience for me.
Inconvénients
It is always busy & you will be working long hours. While it is great to know that there is a posibility for bonuses, base pay is low for the amount of work & hours put in.
