      Avantages

      This company is growing up. Hiring higher quality engineers and promoting from within to management positions. K&R is actively hiring with the purpose of growing the company. The owners are fabulous, and really care about their employees. If you need time off they are willing to work with you on your schedule. They value doing the right thing every time and not just band aid fixes.

      Smaller Company experiencing growing pains.

      - Exposure to many new IT solutions - Great place to learn - Will prepare you to be ready for future endeavors - Culture and cool people that make you feel like you're not just a robot

      - Can feel understaffed at times but that is likely the nature of the business in this industry - On call system can be improved

      Avantages

      K&R is a very small company that provides IT support to other very small companies in San Diego. This allows inexperienced employees to quickly learn the do's and dont's of office etiquette. This is a good FIRST job for anyone wanting to build a resume.

      Inconvénients

      This is not a destination for anyone who wants to advance their career. The company has been and is still going through growing pains. This leads to an unethical, unprofessional, and hostile work environment. In order for the company to grow into the "biggest and best" MSP in San Diego, they need to part ways with a number of bad apples in senior positions. I have very little confidence that they are capable of doing so.
