      - One of the top design studios in NYC/Globally. - Work with major global brands. - Led by industry leading talent.

      Inconvénients

      - High turnover (likely because of intensive work hours and work dynamic) - Slow project dynamic (1 branding project could take years to be done) - Studio's emphasis is on creative department, not equally across other departments (account, Strat, etc)

      Avantages

      an employee for over 3 years - I still have friends that I speak to everyday from my time there. Company culture was high on the list for leadership, and they did invest a lot of time to ensure that people were happy. Overall, a very creative and fun place to work with a lot of talented people. My experience with HR was very positive and I did feel valued.

      Inconvénients

      At times, things were a bit disorganized, as with all jobs- but this didn't effect my experience negatively.
