Little training or direction, absentee owner, CEO. Lack of respect for women and lots of off color jokes that make you very uncomfortable. Even from the management and owner himself. Leaves you with no one to report it to.

High quality products, value based, and very professional. Lots of long time sales associates that are willing to collaborate and teach. Value based sales methodology. Customer centric.

Medium turnover rate.
Out in Sandy so may require a commute.
