Avantages

Good management support, great opportunities to work on a ton of new initiatives. Great exposure to new and emerging tech.

Inconvénients

Less holiday entitlement as compared to many other companies. Never received full bonus no matter what your performance is. Health Insurance provider must be changed to other vendor. Not great benefits provided with current insurer and at an additional cost to the employee even though the benefit entitlement was increased recently.

Avantages

Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

Inconvénients

Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
