      Very diverse work place where a typical team of 10 people on average can compose of 7 to 8 different nationalities. (Love it to bits ) Management is very good with good leadership structure Absolutely the best place i have worked in i love the people management strategy of this organization Innovative and fair compensation packages. Self management and little micromanagement from Managers

      Organization is very complex so its easy to get lost in the system Company is currently going through digital transformation so it can be chaotic at times. Company is very fragmented and sometimes things feel a bit slow due

      Avantages

      Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

      Inconvénients

      Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
