      Avantages

      Its a Big Brand and has a lot of money but poor work life balance. It is difficult to work and grow. Only a few people will be able to grow.

      Inconvénients

      Salary is low , Process are outdated ... They just want you to work ...work and work and there is upskilling plan.

      Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

      Inconvénients

      Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
