      Avantages

      Great health benefits with 401k. They pay for STD, LTD and life insurance.

      Inconvénients

      A lot of politics and when you look to get help with a problem you get no help. It is very hard to move up within the company. They tend to lock a person into a position. Good employees are overlooked.
