Poor Management - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) JobWorks

JobWorks has the worst management currently in both Kokomo and Lafayette. The Kokomo management is belittling and treated us like children. There was no appreciation for those who meet expectations and no incentive to stay. The CEO pretends to care about the employees but in reality, she is so out of touch. There is no work/life balance and the issues are deep. I would not be surprised if they push people out of the door because of funding issues.
