Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Your feedback is constructive and very valuable to us.
Our company recently had to make very tough decisions and we always have room for improvements, especially when people situations are at stake. Humility, benevolence and direct feedback are the attitudes we expect from all our employees and managers, which does not mean that we never make any mistakes.
As you said, our priority is to promote our employees internally through promotions and some of our managers sometimes experience their first position as a team leader. You are right, this comes with a strong need for training them accordingly - and not only do we train them (on feedback, on compensation, on handling difficult issues or organization change) but we offer them support and guidance. But it takes time to grow.
Regarding your payroll situation, it's an isolated and exceptional situation which we fixed as soon as we knew it. Please be assured that we take the utmost care in preparing our payroll to avoid any errors on payslips.
To end it up, our employees can always leave us reviews whether they are happy or unhappy with their experience at JobTeaser, whether they are new in the company or not. We are even happier when they publish reviews even after several years with us!
