Avantages
- Company supports your growth, a lot of employees have been able to move around the business to pursue their interest - They've invested in their leadership team ( a lot of new/strong talent there) - There's a mix of a lot of new employees and employees who have been with the business for years which goes to show its a place people like working but also open to change and currently there's a lot of growth - Transparent communication
Inconvénients
I think anything that could have been listed as a con in the past is actively being worked on. Most places I've worked in the past firmly kept their head in the sand when something wasn't working and what I've liked about JobTarget is they've been willing to say this thing doesn't work we're going to address it.
