The only pro to working here is my coworkers and our president. We are dedicated to healthcare, and that’s the only thing holding us up.
Inconvénients
We are sticking around off the strength of our AMAZING president, but we have lost all faith in CEO’s of Job.com. They haven’t paid us on time or correctly since November. When they do pay us it’s never the correct amount. We just went a whole month with no pay, as if we don’t have families to feed and bills to pay. Employees are struggling to eat! Our savings accounts are being depleted, and some of us have accounts in the negatives due to the fees added when we don’t get paid on time. Do they reimburse us for those fees? No! Do we get bonuses for the inconvenience? No! They are scamming and stealing from their own employees! We don’t even have paycheck stubs 😂… They don’t pay company bills on time, but you know what they have managed to do…embezzled money on lavish hotels, basketball games, sabbaticals first class flights out of the country, and then have the audacity to blame it on the healthcare market. Paul, Mark, and Arran lied about giving us investments in the company. They lied about our pay and status as a company. They destroyed company morale, and have the audacity to ask us to keep working hard. There are too many idiot captains on this ship, and I’m afraid Job.com won’t survive it.
