Avantages
I worked at JCP for two and a half years, and in my time there I had a great experience. JCP's Board, the community, and the professional team were all a pleasure to work with. JCP noticed my strengths, and gave me more responsibility in those areas. This ultimately helped me excel and grow as a professional. You'd be surprised at how small the professional team is, since there are always programs and events going on. This speaks to how hard everyone works and shows the dedication and passion that goes into everything. I feel like these other reviews aren't accurate, as many people post on Glassdoor only when they don't have anything good to say. I'm hoping that this review could shed some light from someone who had a great experience at JCP.
Inconvénients
The Board is very involved, which can sometimes mean that there are too many cooks in the kitchen. However, this just goes to show how much they care for the organization.
