      Avantages

      The employees at Jetlore are very intelligent and very driven. The work can be challenging (could be a pro or a con) at times and there is a lot to be learned. The team is very technically strong and young. The technical training is the only reason why two stars are given instead of one. Most colleagues have a great sense of humor and are supportive. Free lunch and strong ping pong players.

      Inconvénients

      The work culture created is unnecessarily stressful and negative. There can be pressure without the need to create stress, but the management team (CEO, COO, CTO) somehow demoralizes and unnecessarily stresses the employees out all in the name of "helping the employee grow." Big egos run rampant, making things worse. If something go wrong, there is a lot of yelling and finger pointing. Employees are terrified of ever making a mistake in fear that they will be screamed at publicly by one of the C-level members.

      There's no doubt that building a company and accelerating customer growth causes stressful moments and this kind of environment is not for everybody. We try to recruit people with the experience, talents, and temperament for our environment.       Avantages

      -The team is very nurturing and extremely nice. -I have grown personally and professionally and learn new things every day. -The pay is pretty good for a startup. -Direct access to top management. -They provide a great balance between your personal life and work life (can work from home if you need to). -It's very exciting to see one's efforts effect on the future of the company month to month. -Jetlore has huge potential in the AI scene.

      Inconvénients

      -The company is pretty small so far, so you may need to wear different hats, like many startups.

      Avantages

      Jetlore is an incredibly unique and interesting place, and working here has by far been the most rewarding experience of my professional career. The team is intelligent and friendly, the perks (awesome free lunches!) are great, and the company does its best to take care of you. As with any startup, Jetlore is a very fast paced results oriented company. While some are thrown off by the pace, it's an environment where initiative, hard work, and successfully meeting your goals are rewarded and encouraged. The company is growing at a really exciting rate, and the things each employee does have a lasting impact on the business as a whole. Even though I'm not a data scientist or an engineer, I can tell the hard work and long hours I put in actually mean something for the growth of the business. Naturally, the management team expects each employee to produce effective results and work well within the context of the team; they're always clear and transparent with their expectations of you in your role, and provide the tools necessary to exceed them. What I find most encouraging is that the management team recognizes and emphasizes your strengths, and allows you to grow as an employee.

      Inconvénients

      It's a very fast paced environment where the things you do day to day really matter for the business - so there's not much downtime. However, while things are hectic at times, seeing the business grow and succeed is really rewarding.
