To summarise, company helps you to develop both soft and hard skills. And also it works on self-improvement.
Inconvénients
There are not much bonuses and cookies. But that's mostly because work is remote. But there are still some cool niceties like free book of your choice on birthday, or corporate trip to ski resort.
