Avantages

The culture is great with a big emphasis on working together, which I think is wonderful. Everyone is very open to helping out in any way possible.

Inconvénients

In the position I was in, I felt that I did not have a chance to expand out of the simple tasks given to me. The problems I encountered were simplistic and became repetitious to solve.

Avantages

Flexible work hours and friendly coworkers. Free lunch on Fridays. Lot's of snack foods and drinks.

Inconvénients

Pay and bonuses are anemic. Very low base pay. Bonuses are also small. Mostly work for Direct Tv which is on its way out.
