great compensation in the US market, easily 6 figures if you hit the target/very good sales training

Inconvénients

have a strict standard for closing ratio/ need to close better to get more appointments

Avantages

I love the fact that every service that was offered at Jam Solar was clean and positive... One of my biggest troubles with sales is the fact that sometimes people sell customers non beneficial products. With Jam Solar everything was beneficial and in the best interest of the customer. I enjoy the fact that some of the programs are linked with the government, that did make me feel 100% comfortable way before I even understood the company and its culture.

Inconvénients

There was no part time positions available and I had school so I had to leave.

Great career opportunity to develop skills in sales, participate in the growth of a company and take part in the growing solar industry in the U.S which offers great compensation for any motivated hardworking salespeople. Jam Solar has a great work environment, great sales team, and is a fun place to work.

Office commute can be difficult with traffic
