      Avantages

      Flexible timing to start from 7am to 10am. No creative deadline makes work really enjoyable. CEO is understanding and really bonds with staffs. Feels like family.

      No cons at the moment.

      Avantages

      Stress level close to zero, really easy-going culture and colleagues I called Family.

      Inconvénients

      Little career advancement but that's not a very big issue to me.
